Payment is made by cash upon completion of the job or by instant bank transfer before the end of the move.

Do you provide more men if required?
Yes, two or even three men for larger jobs can be provided as well as multiple vans. Please let us know when you enquire about a quotation.

Can we travel with the driver?
Our vehicles can carry up to 2 passengers depending on how many helpers you ae hiring. Such passengers must be accompanying the load been delivered.

Does my quote include congestion charge or toll roads?
If your removal is within the congestion charge or on a toll road the cost will be included in the quote and no further charges will be required.

Once a move has been booked, how do you proceed?
We will send you a confirmation email on the day of your booking.

Can we rely you will be at our address on time?
We do try to always be punctual. However if by any chance due to traffic jams etc we are late, we will give you a call to let you know exactly what time we will arrive.

How do you deal with loading/unloading?
For fixed price quotes we give you up to 1 hour loading and 1 hour unloading time. After 1 hour then the charge is the basic hourly rate. For houly quotes there is no loading or unloading limit, you just pay for the time the mover/s are helping you move.
